Head Instructor
Professor José Muñoz
José is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with over a decade of learning, coaching, and competing at a high level. He has trained alongside top black belt competitors and has coached athletes, working professionals, teens, and kids from every walk of life.
He’s also active in the Arizona MMA community, often appearing as a ringside analyst.

Wrestling Coach
Jeff wrestled at UW–Stevens Point from 1989 to 1993, racking up 89 wins, 208 takedowns, and back-to-back conference titles.
